Does removing metadata change the visible content?
No. The pages, text, and images are unchanged. Only the embedded data fields are stripped.
Does this also remove revision history?
Standard revision history stored in metadata is removed. If the PDF contains embedded revision streams (uncommon), those are also addressed. Check the output with Metadata Audit afterward.
Is my file uploaded?
No. The operation runs entirely locally in your browser.
